The data controller is Philip Morelli, an individual creator based in Italy. The only contact point for anything concerning this policy or your personal data is philip@tradergap.ai, and it is monitored directly by me.
Full registration details are provided on request to any data subject who needs them in order to exercise their rights, and to the supervisory authority on request.
If you request a free guide, I collect only your email address, together with the technical information your email provider records automatically (the date you subscribed and whether you opened or clicked an email). I do not ask for your name, your phone number, or any financial information, and I never ask for details about your trading accounts.
I use your email address to send you the guide you asked for and, afterwards, occasional updates about the challenge I am documenting and about TraderGap, the platform I am building. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, given when you tick the box on the sign-up form and confirm it by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
Double opt-in. Nothing is sent until you confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the first email. If you never click it, your address is discarded.
Emails are sent through Kit (Kit.com, formerly ConvertKit), a service based in the United States acting as data processor on my behalf. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your address is stored on their infrastructure and is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, for any purpose.
Until you unsubscribe, or until you have been inactive for 24 consecutive months, whichever comes first. After that your address is deleted.

This page and the sign-up page use no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. Kit may set a technical cookie strictly necessary to process the form submission.
This content is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If this policy changes in any material way, I will say so in an email before the change takes effect.
